Kenya Moore has been given permission to show their daughter Brooklyn Daly on the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) despite Marc Daly attempting to block such activity. In June a judge ruled in favor of Kenya.

Court documents obtained from Radar Online show Marc’s testimony in which the restaurant owner expressed concern that Brooklyn was exposed to the general public as a result of the show. Marc even hinted that Kenya is putting his daughter in danger by showing Brooklyn on the show.

Not only did the judge disagree with Marc’s perspective, but he also issued a statement affirming Kenya as a caring mother of Brooklyn. “The evidence has also shown that if the petitioner is unable to involve the minor child, this could negatively affect her ability to earn money or even be employed,” the judge added in his statement.

Moore was given the opportunity to decide on Brooklyn’s appearances at the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) alone. However, the celebrity mom has been instructed to let her ex know if she plans to include her daughter in her story and make sure the content is age-appropriate.

Kenya Moore filed for divorce from Marc Daly a few weeks ago. The breakup of the marriage didn’t come as a shock to some as RHOA viewers saw some of the disputes in Kenya and Marc’s marriage on the show. Marc first filed for divorce from Kenya in 2019. The couple put off a trial last year to try to improve their relationship.

However, Kenya decided to proceed with the dissolution of the marriage that year and applied for sole custody of their daughter in addition to the divorce. Some of the public believed that Kenya should have dissolved the marriage after watching season 13 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. However, the CEO of Kenya Moore Haircare expressed her desire to make the divorce a last resort.

Brooklyn Daly is Kenya Moore and Marc Daly’s only child. The little one is celebrating her third birthday this year.
