Highlights – COVID-19 Vaccination So Far

Borno State:

Total Persons Vaccinated with at least 1 dose (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson) = 782,678 which account for 24.39% of the state target vaccinated with first dose. Total Persons Vaccinated with 2nd dose (AstraZeneca, Moderna & Pfizer) = 216,868 which account for 6.76% of the state target vaccinated with second dose. Booster Dose Vaccinated (Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson) = 54,296. Total Fully Vaccinated (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson & Johnson) = 567,328 which accounts to 17.68% fully Vaccinated. Booster Dose Vaccinated (Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson) = 54,296. Total Partially Vaccinated (without 2nd dose yet) – (AstraZeneca, Moderna & Pfizer) = 432,218 – 216,868 = 215,350 which accounts to 49.82% pending fully vaccinated. Total Zero Dose – (AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer & Johnson & Johnson) = 3,209,130 ​​- 782,678 = 2,426,452 which accounts to 75.61% Zero dose Unvaccinated. AstraZeneca: Total 1st Dose Vaccinated with AstraZeneca = 170,557. Total fully (2nd dose) vaccinated with AstraZeneca = 95,733 (which accounts to 56.13% of 1st dose vaccinated with 2nd dose AstraZeneca). Moderna: Total 1st Dose Vaccinated with Moderna = 67,832. YOBE STATE:

As of 24th October 2022, up to four hundred and twenty-four thousand, four hundred and sixty-nine (424,469) eligible people were partially vaccinated and five hundred and ninety-eight thousand, one hundred and twenty-two (598,122) were fully vaccinated with coverage of 28.9%. Of the total people vaccinated, 69,149 people were vaccinated with the 1st dose of Moderna while 39,147 received 2nd dose and another 671 were given booster dose. The number of people that received 1st dose of AstraZeneca was 123,261 and 68,746 received 2nd dose. Additionally, up to 232,059 people were vaccinated with first dose of Pfizer vaccine and 68,567 received 2nd dose while 6,369 were given booster dose. The State also vaccinated another 421,662 people with Janson & Janson and 12,075 of them were given booster dose. About one thousand, and ninety-seven (1,097) AEFI have been reported. One thousand, and ninety-seven (1097) are non-serious, and two (2) are serious AEFIs.

ADAMAWA STATE:

From the beginning of COVD-19 vaccination including (1st, and 2nd), 305,496 has been vaccinated with AstraZeneca, (1st, 2nd and booster), 569,703 vaccinated with Moderna, 827,454 vaccinated with Pfizer while 437,947 vaccinated with Johnson and Johnson. 1,105,606 are fully vaccinated with 163,480 received booster dosage to boost the immunity against COVID-19. Number of people that received 1st dose of AstraZeneca was 163,383 and 142,113 received 2nd dose. Number of people that received 1st dose of Moderna was 327,399 and 215,239 received 2nd dose and 27,065 received boosters. Additionally, up to 380,732 people were vaccinated with first dose of Pfizer vaccine and 364,394 received 2nd dose while 82,328 were given booster dose. The State also vaccinated another 383,860 people with Johnson & Johnson and 54,087 of them were given booster dose.
