In his address, the acting managing director / CEO of the bank, Mr. Innocent C. Ike said the newly introduced banking platform, gives all powers back to the customer as king. The highlight of the launch was the hands-on demonstration of the uniqueness of the VULTe application by the bank’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Mr. Bamidele Adeyinka to the excited guests.

The CDO stated that all bank customers in the country can use VULTe to conduct their banking transactions, including account opening, bill payments, transfers, account balance inquiries, airtime recharge and quick loans.
He went on to explain that customers on board can access PayDay Loan on both the mobile and digital web platforms, with the customer being shown the authorization in the VULTe application.
